History

IAG was founded by Alison Simpson and Mark Woodall in 2000 with the objective to deliver the right service to the right client at the right time. That objective still drives the business and IAG offers an efficient and highly effective fund administration service for all its clients.

Key dates in the company’s development

2000 – CEO, Alison Simpson, and CFO, Mark Woodall, found IAG

2001 – Ashmore Group PLC purchases majority interest

2005 – Management Buy-Out by Alison and Mark

2006 – Raymond Page joins as Managing Director

2007 – Appointment of Chris Cochrane as Managing Director of Private
Equity Europe

2010 – IAG establishes its office in in Hong Kong with Julian Carey as Managing Director of Private Equity across Asia

2011 – IAG establishes its Cayman operations

2012 – IAG sets up an office in Singapore

2013 – In October, IAG signs a joint venture agreement with Tricor in Hong Kong to expand the provision of private equity fund administration services in Asia

In November, IAG signs a joint venture agreement with Fiducenter in Luxembourg to expand its service offering in mainland Europe

2014 – In January, IAG signs a joint venture agreement with Tricor in Singapore to service the rapidly growing fund business in Singapore

2015 – In June, Raymond Page moves to Singapore to develop IAG’s Far Eastern business.
