Current Vacancies

Company Secretarial Officer – reporting to the Company Secretarial Manager and working directly with IAG’s clients to provide them with a full Company Secretarial service.  Must have proven secretarial experience, the ability to take accurate board meeting minutes and transcribe them to final format.
