We are delighted to announce IAG’s appointment as administrator to Landscape Acquisitions Holdings Limited (“LAHL”), a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPAC”) domiciled in the British Virgin Islands. LAHL has been created to pursue the acquisition of a company or business (“the Acquisition”), with a probable real estate component, with most of its activities in Europe or North America. There is no specific target value for the Acquisition.
LAHL successfully raised US$500 million via an initial public offering on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It is the seventh SPAC administered by IAG and brings the total capital raised by IAG-administered SPACs to US$5.4 billion.
LAHL was founded by entities affiliated with New York-based real estate investor and developer Michael Fascitelli, and veteran hedge fund manager and businessman Noam Gottesman. Mr Fascitelli is the Founder and CEO of real estate investment and development company, Imperial Companies. Mr Gottesman co-founded Europe’s largest frozen food company Nomad Foods, formerly Iglo Group, which was renamed after successful acquisition by IAG-administered SPAC, Nomad Holdings Limited. He is a key player in the US restaurant industry and is the owner of award-winning restaurants Eleven Madison Park and Shuko.
IAG’s flexible service offering enables us to tailor our services to the underlying client’s needs, including full accounting services up to Acquisition as well as regulatory and company secretarial support.
